During Customer Service Week and Employee Appreciation Day, management especially goes above and beyond to let us know how much the appreciate our hard work. These pros make the cons more manageable. Successories is a great place for anyone looking for an entry-level position as you will have your hands in a little bit of everything at all times and learn many valuable skills.

Low pay and no room for vertical growth. Some employment feels personally fueled and not based upon performance. Sales positions seem to have a high turnover rate.
