Policies don't match what they SAY is their culture - Sales bei Suburban Collection: Mitarbeiterbewertung

They say they're "all about their people" but benefits aren't good---the company they use for health insurance doesn't cover SO many drs and procedures; they only offer benefits after 90 days which may be relatively standard but employee focused companies offer at day 1; and last...bereavement is 1 day. A company that says they pride themselves on work/life balance really needs to take a look at that policy.
