Manageable workload. Non micro management after induction.

Strict induction process which is hard for people to complete if they are not being honest about skills and experience.

Pros

Was paid for the time I spent employed.

Kontras

Onboarding was almost non-existent. They assumed knowledge about how to setup their development environments. From day one there were instant unrealistic deadlines. When the setup took longer (due to lack of support) the owner was unreasonable and insulting.

Tell it how it is. No Infatuation. Middle ground approach. Let people go quickly that don't fit. In the interest if keeping customers happy. Strict with Policies because of privacy and data management.
