Really bad environment. People leaves or are fired in weeks due to the crazy bosses decisions. Every time comes a new CTO is much worse and crazy than the previous one. They have changed their CTO many times due to crazy decisions by the the owner. It's impossible to have one direction if the CTOs don't have time to develop their ideas. They have changed the whole architecture many times without taking into account the developers. Too many promises to employees that the board will not do because you will be fired before. If you have a good idea, they won't consider it and you will feel like you are not important. Not a startup environment at all. All the good people leaves as soon as they can, when they check that all they told you in the interview is a lie. They don't have a balance organizational estructure. Most of the managers don't know anything about the business.
