The concept behind the company is very sound. The founder and his corporate team are of the highest integrity, honesty, sincerity and dedication one could ask for. Strongbrook excels where other real estate education companies, though good in their own right, fall short.

There is little that can really be considered a negative with the company itself. While we can get excited and enthused about the company, the programs and direction, it is not a simple matter to convince others of the merit.

Great people and a good work environment. Pay and benefits are competitive.

Things change fast. Operate somewhat by a "flavor of the month" mindset always introducing new programs and sales incentives.
