This is a family run business. That being said you don’t need to be good at your job to keep it just being tight with the right people. If you upset any of the “right” people you’ll be blacklisted quicker than a snap of your fingers. You can put your all into the company and they will expect more. Time off for life necessities is definitely not allowed. Don’t expect loyalty from them. They will replace you regardless your work ethic.
