Pros

-Lots of levels and variety in the labs, so you have opportunity to advance and change positions if bored -Pay is decent for the technician level -Good pay raises -Profit Sharing and great 401k

Kontras

-Nepotism -The upper levels rule by fear and intimidation, which trickles down -I rarely met a person happy to be working there -Supervisor pay was poor -Very poor vacation time. Calling in sick was a big no-no. Made it difficult on parents of young children. -Management had no concern for employee satisfaction. We were expendable.

Pros

One of the biggest pros of working for this company was its strong focus on work-life balance, which allowed employees to maintain a healthy blend between professional and personal life. The modern and well-designed office building created a comfortable and motivating environment to work in every day. Being part of the healthcare industry also made the work meaningful, knowing that our efforts contributed to improving people’s well-being. Additionally, the company’s profit-sharing program was a great incentive, recognizing and rewarding employees for their contributions to the organization’s overall success.

Kontras

One of the main downsides of working for this company was that management needed significant improvement, as communication and decision-making often lacked transparency and consistency. Over time, office politics and nepotism began to influence promotions and opportunities, which affected team morale and collaboration. These issues gradually started to impact the overall workplace culture, making it harder for employees to stay motivated and feel recognized based on merit.
