Good to get knowledge of recruitment while you’re young. Now I know what not to look for in an employer.

Poorly managed company, the director has no idea how to run a business, although would be great in charge of a frat house! The office environment is hostile and unprofessional. Largely due to one individual, notably the only person within the business to be put into a “management” role (conveniently friends with the director), with an oversized ego. Only employs younger staff who will go out to get drunk at any given opportunity, you are treated different and looked down on if you do not want to stay out drinking all night. The Director is too much of a coward to end contracts face to face, some have been done via WhatsApp, or a minute long phone call for the lucky ones (regardless of length of service). Long hours chained to a desk for very poor pay.

Staff are really nice you enjoy coming to see them each day. Training is good and the business gives you ample time to learn the industry. Central office in Chichester and half day Fridays!

Recruitment can be hard work but rewarding if you want it enough.
