Terrible Owner with zero leadership from Head Office - Outside Sales Representative bei Stratus Building Solutions: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The master franchise owner had no idea what they were doing. I had to take over presentations to prospective franchisees in addition to doing all the sales calls and some of the cleaning. I was closing deals, but there weren't enough franchisees to do the work. And then the owner tells me they only have a couple months of operating capital left and they wanted me to sell door to door. Just the dumbest people I have ever encountered in my career.
