- Strategy& recruits from the best Grad schools and then fires it's Senior Associates 8 months in because of 'utilization'. This happened in FY 2016 and FY 2015. - This firm claims to invest in coaching & development of its talent but you can expect to remain unstaffed because Managers & Directors would rather staff someone with experience. - The ever present threat (sometimes through the year) of getting fired coupled with a weak pipeline of projects leads to a toxic culture. Also utilization is a metric only in your performance, so no one is really incentivized to get you staffed.
