Great family oriented company and friendly environment. The size of the company gives them flexibility to deal with employee's personal/family issues on a personal level. My superiors all are driven towards improving our product, process and widening customer base. One big fish does carry most of the weight, but that is because we got good bait(product) and a good team they can't find elsewhere(or they would have left)

Company has grown a lot in recent years, HR/payroll department needs to be updated/modernized. Very comfortable and social environment, but at times people speak too freely on the wrong topics: POLITICS/religion/sex.

The people I worked directly with and managed were fantastic. That's about it.

Unnecessarily rigid at times. Management doesn't appreciate or support independent thought. For an independent thinker it's very unpleasant.
