Incredible team spirit – The team here is amazingly supportive and truly feels like family. Everyone has each other’s backs, and we celebrate each other’s successes. It’s the kind of place where you actually enjoy working with your coworkers every day.
Transparent and caring leadership – Management is super approachable and honest. They keep us in the loop on all the important happenings (no secret decisions, ever) and are always open to questions. You can literally knock on any director’s door and be heard. That kind of openness makes us feel trusted and respected.
No micromanagement – tons of trust – STOPSO’s leaders trust you to do your job well. There’s zero micromanagement, which is so refreshing. They give you ownership of your work but are there to support you if you need it.
Fantastic communication and support – Communication here is A+. We have regular updates so nobody’s in the dark, and information flows freely across teams. If I have a question or need help, my colleagues and even higher-ups are eager to help out. It’s a very open, “we’re all in this together” vibe.
