To have a career growth and to share my hard works and knowledge i've learned from experience in 10 years working in local.

I got easily stress of seeing that some of the team members or co-workers are not showing their support and cooperation. But still, on the end of the day, i believe that it's just a trait of mine that i need to conquer and to let them feel that i'm still fine.
