We're also sorry that you weren't able to keep pace with the rapidly changing technology that's part of the IT industry. One of the huge benefits of working for Strategic is the ability to get your hands on the latest tech - that comes with the responsibility of always improving your technical skills, including learning how to implement and utilize it - and this is true for any profession - can you imagine a world where Doctor's never learned how to perform newer, less invasive surgeries using new technology? I can assure you that if you were asked to implement a VM server with Exchange, it's probably because we felt you understood the technology and could handle the project - as this is pretty simple for most of the technical folks here. All of our staff is always available to help, and we do our best to implement training sessions with our group technical meetings and morning huddles. We also always invite anyone who may feel they are not getting the help they need to raise their hand and ask for help. Perhaps as you continue your career you will ask for help more often if you find yourself struggling. We are happy you feel that Strategic was a great place to learn. It continues to be a hallmark of working at Strategic (and any IT service business for that matter), as the many clients our technicians support give them a broad perspective of multiple network configurations, applications, and hardware. Our documentation, project management, and deployment processes have been refined over the years to provide our clients with outstanding results and also provide real accountability, which helps to eliminate any inconsistencies in our service levels - service levels that as of May 2015 measured by our clients at 98.9% "highly satisfied". In addition, all companies, regardless of their size, must continue to revise policies and procedures, especially Strategic as a technology leader and given the rapid pace of technology changes.
