The people have good intentions overall but badly executed. It is a do what you like situation and you can make the processes better since there is no structure.

The company has a lot of nepotism. Unfortunately this puts people in roles that they cannot handle. They have no HR department therefore no processes. There is no training. It is a sink or swim and when you sink, they let you. If you swim, they give you the work from the sinkers. You will be underpaid in comparison to the market.
