It's sales so you are going to have your tough days but they're always there to pick you back up. 2. Opportunity-you have real shot at advancing your career here. I have seen many people get promoted or move to new roles as the company has grown.

1. Communication could be better between all the departments. Growing pains of a growing company. 2. Every month you start back at zero. High pressure and stressful especially on those tough days. That’s any sales job really though.
