Wow , where do I start. The salaries for each position are all below the market rate . They have and underlying reputation for low balling new hires . The atmosphere is extremely stressful as there is a lot of work and the pay is very minimum as far as the market . HR , Accounting , and the person who handles majority of the employee issues is ONE Person , which is the BIGGEST conflict I experienced . HR appeals to higher authority so your concerns are never taken with sincerity . Beware of revealing any details to HR as it will be used against you . StrategIQ appears to be a revolving door as many of their senior employees often leave abruptly solely due to the fact that the company often shows favoritism to certain people when it comes to promotion and raises . If your the type of person that works hard and believe your hard work should be met with some type of incentive, THIS IS NO THE PLACE FOR YOU.
