Company is going downhill fast - Senior Customer Care Coordinator bei Stratasys Direct Manufacturing: Mitarbeiterbewertung

End of 2020: Company is currently restructuring/reorganizing and it's chaos right now. Feels like the company doesn't care about the employees/people at all. Huge layoff round in July 2020 and now people are leaving voluntarily left and right also. Demands and concerns are not being heard nor met, employees are all extremely unhappy here. Morale is terrible. Used to be a great company to work for, but would not recommend working here now.
