Great concept but lack of direction - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Stratajet: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I wanted to share an update with those of you who are looking to join Stratajet, which is still the world’s only real-time booking platform for private jets. Stratajet had a turbulent 2017; sadly for what I was advised was the best of my company, I gave up my leadership position in March 2017. I came back in December of the same year when it was clear that the company would not progress as it was. Since then, I have been working tirelessly, along with my dedicated team to build a new future for Stratajet. I am glad to announce that I can now see this on the horizon. Due entirely to the resolve, loyalty and phenomenal ability of the people who work for me, we have managed to turn the company around more than anyone would have believed possible at the end of last year. This, I should point out, was purely down to the incredible team here who I am so proud to work with. If you’re looking for a place where your hard work and skill will be valued every day then this could be the right company for you. - Good work/life balance with unlimited leave and flexible working - New concept in private aviation industry

- Unstable environment (lots of changes to leadership in past year, plus two rounds of redundancy in last 5 months) - Chaotic way of working - goal posts and priorities changing so quickly it seemed like nothing was ever being achieved. - Staff moral generally pretty poor - bred a negative atmosphere. - The product is overly complicated and so many part's being added to existing code, there were constant bugs and errors needing urgent attention.
