Started Great, ended bureaucratic and stupid - Specialist bei Strata Policy: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Great place for students to learn about policy while strengthen their writing skills. You become your own boss and have a lot of say over the projects. The majority of students working there not only like it, but love it! The mission of Strata really is to help give future leaders experience and opportunity.

Student-focused (pro!) but you have to graduate sometime!

A good place for students to work because the hours are so flexible and the pay is pretty good. If you want to work in politics, specifically for Libertarian funded companies, this is a great place to work.

The company is not run smoothly at all and is very disorganized. Communication among the entire company and within my team is poor. Despite claiming to do research, Strata is undoubtedly biased and extremely Libertarian. They claim to encourage free thinking but you will quickly be shut down if you express anything that disagrees with Libertarian values (aka MONEY). Higher ups are quite conceited and not respectful of lower level employees. Lastly, it's not a good place to start a career. While they pay students well they don't pay very well unless you are very high up (people rarely in the office are paid upwards of 100k).
