- No workflow, project planning or tracking - Tense atmosphere, everyone seems miserable and often argue publicly - Leadership is not receptive to feedback - Management treats you like you're disposable - Communication is unclear and you have to hound for concrete answers - Clients and their expectations are poorly managed - Barely existent work culture or values - No growth or career planning, no standing checkins with management - There is no HR, onboarding or walkthrough of benefits

Lots of interesting clients, lots of responsibility. I am able to work on high-level projects.

Very busy. The clients get old, very fast (though I'm sure it's like that in every job)
