Solid thirty year history. Hard working ownership. Good to very good staff with positive potential.

Always been limited by ownership's unwillingness to change their methods of management. Same problems crop up every year without any real action to change. These are good people who are restricted by their own lack of management skills.

Nice owners and people to work with.

Very poor communication. Owners behind closed doors and too busy to work with.
