Good colleagues, taxi paid home when working overtime, nice people, good pay!

Very messy management, not allowed to go home when injured (first time I had to go home like that), no time to even use the bathroom during work, very dark and damp working environment. No sunlight. Sometimes you can speak to someone but very often you work alone for hours with only your headset. You work in the cold (bad for joints).
