They have a strong vision which they communicate well and they also try to foster a global but inclusive culture - can message anyone from any office at any time! - Hard work is recognised and rewarded - I managed to achieve quarterly bonuses beyond what I expected. - Overall it is a great company to be a part of, the work is exciting and the people are great.
