The company claims to have a zero tolerance policy, but doesn't have your back at all. After reporting a homophobic, racist & sexually harassing manager, SAM's HR department did nothing but "talk to" the manager & then expected me to go back to work with him. I was told to report him "if it happens again" but I didn't return to work because I did not feel comfortable working with him, especially after reporting him (he would have known it was me, as we were the only 2 employees at this location). He told me on several occasions that "if you tell anyone I said that, I'll say you're lying". I guess his plan worked.
