      Pros

      Most of my co-workers were great people and always willing to help. Pay was great.

      Kontras

      Manager had favorites and treated others terribly. She was supposed to visit the sites a few times a month but there would be several months between visits. She wouldn't answer your calls and the corporate office did not help.

      Opportunity for growth, great support from upper leadership, ability to make decisions to propel business forward without being micromanaged.

      There are no pros here

      Kontras

      No training, constant criticism , low wages, hard labor job, pay-for-performance based on things out of your control. Low “bonuses” no real leadership within the company.
