Management intentionally hide its compensation structure during the hiring process. It orally promises an overall comp but coming with a very low base. You have to work for two years before you starts to receive your deferred portion which is the majority of your comp and paid out monthly over another one year period. Please ask management about your payment structure during your interview process, and don’t get tricked and stuck with the company.
