Some freedom with little micro-managing.

Culture went away with being bought out. No management. Doesn't pay very well. High turnover. Company doesn't care about it's employees. Very little holidays off for no good reason. Bad hours. They lay good workers off fairly often, mostly higher ups though. Coworkers are negative. Management is becoming more nit picky and starting to micro-manage more.
