Morale is dropping due to new PSA merger with very different ways of doing business. Work/life balance can be challenging as most teams are very lean. Very high pressure to achieve targets set at the highest levels of leadership without any plan or coaching to achieve. Raises do not happen without a promotion which is very rare. Forced ranking system is uninspiring as effort in does not equal results out.
