Pros

Small enough that you feel genuinely valued in what you do. Positive and friendly atmosphere throughout the company - there is no surprise that people stay here for 20+ years as it is a very comfortable environment. Great non-financial benefits - i.e. employee car scheme, company gym.

Kontras

The trainee schemes are non-existent - yes, you do apply for a 'scheme' but it feels more like a way to get fixed term labour that do not count towards headcount, rather than a scheme where they genuinely invest time and effort into making you a future leader at the company. Pay rise is disappointing - even if you are judged a master at your job, you still only get 4% pay rise. Pros

This is a company where you can learn a lot if you are willing to take initiative. There are many talented people you can connect with who are willing to help you improve and do your job better. I also believe there is a real opportunity to regain stability and grow professionally.

Kontras

There are still some organizational challenges, including unclear ownership in certain areas and a high level of uncertainty. The onboarding process could also be improved, as it mainly focuses on general company benefits and HR information, rather than providing role-specific training or guidance for the actual job responsibilities.
