This agency has a plethora of cons, but I'll begin with the most prominent: there is no HR team - just one person who oftentimes conducts themselves in a very un-HR manner. When any issues are brought up to "HR", such as the way leadership treats those beneath them, nothing was ever done in my time there. It seems that those that do a great job are not truly valued or rewarded, this is part of the reason why the turnover rate is SO high (just like the other reviews mention). During my time there, I was cursed at, utilized as the token minority hire, and told that I was at fault for any issues I brought up. Should new hires venture into this agency, God bless, but also I would strongly advise that all promises made during the hiring process be included within your contract or they will not come to fruition.
