Tough busy seasons in the summers

Office staff is amazing. Really knowledgeable and helpful people.

There are no consequences when employees don't follow company rules. I'm not talking about rules like "Don't leave your food in the fridge overnight." I'm talking about laws that are put in place by the state alcohol control bureau; when someone breaks a Stein rule, oftentimes they are breaking a LAW, and in my book, that's a big offense, no matter how small or inconsequential the law may seem. There are no consequences from upper management concerning these law-breaking actions, and those who point out the wrong actions are always dismissed by upper management. A few managers notice hard work and dedication, but oftentimes there is little they can do to reward those individuals. There is opportunity for growth in some departments, but not in all. There are only a few positions where someone can work and grow in for extended periods of time (10+ years).
