Flexible work setting for some departments. Nice office interior and furniture. Obviously, you sit on a nice performance chair at work.

Inconsistent leadership style and culture by departments. There is little enforcement of the company policy and value. A lot of favoritism and discrimination that are not addressed for many years, and extremely hierarchical in some department. Low retention rate.
