Good place - Asambly Line Worker bei Steelab: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Judging from the date and tone of the previous employee's review, I can determine who this person is. They were asked to leave the company due to their combative attitude towards other shop-floor employees. This former employee also admitted to having anger management issues. The unprofessional sarcasm in their review sums up perfectly this persons attitude towards any sort of teamwork. Steelab does its best to be a team and a family and unfortunately this person did not see it that way. To note, their departure was a mutual decision with the company owner, and I was told was not contentious , so taking time to criticize the company is puzzling . I am sure the owners of Steelab wished this person the best as they left.

Steelab allows shop employees plenty of chances to correct unproductive work habits. Sometimes this can be a con if the employee doesn't correct their habit quick enough.

They get you very cheap and unhealthy food when you work 10 plus hours overtime on weekends. No incentives.

Terrible management. Terrible project management. Terrible design. Poor execution. Zero incentive in the work place. Extremely underpaid. Overworked and under appreciated. Way way to many problems with this company and will most likely never be fixed considering the internal problems, specifically head management. The shop manager of this place couldn’t communicate properly in any professional setting and that is proven. I seriously have never seen a company in such disarray as well as seen a company treat employees the way they do here. I wasted so much of my time here. Don’t make that mistake
