Company is focused on culture, sweet tech, and making an impact. A lot of cool talent has been attracted lately and the customers are really jazzed about what we are creating. For being small Stateless is competing with the big companies in terms of pay and benefits. Lots of room to grow. Started by two PhDs so lots of knowledge floating around in these walls.

Things get a little hectic at times but that's the startup life. That's what attracts a lot of us to this kind of scene. Also, some stress lately because they have let go of a few folks but honestly they weren't good for the culture or for performance of the company so whatever.
