Management is disgusting with their attitudes. Management does not show any growth, development or change over the years. People are leaving due to management not the job. *severely understaffed and no light at the end of the tunnel. No ot to help with the stress Sometimes OT is offered to the senior specialist but not everyone (very weird). Managers at older, have been their entire life and they are bullies. HR rejected every job I asked for all in one email. There is no way I was even reviewed or considered for any of the jobs I applied for internally... that let's me know, I'll be stuck where I'm at. Unhappy and depressed until I quit Pay sucks and doesn't match the amount of work required I literally get sick to my stomach logging in everyday.
