I do not know where to begin with the cons here. If you plan to work for the finance team beware of the management team here. They are very unprofessional and will set you up for failure! the CFO here does not know how to properly run this department. He is very old school and is not open to change. He tells you it's ok to make mistakes but when you do he is quick to let you go! I've watched 3 people let go in the matter of my time here. I would have to say some of them were actually good workers! I regret ever working for this company! It's sad because I love the mission behind the company but the people that are running are going to run this company to the ground! so I say beware before you decide to come here! there is also no opportunity for growth here! They tell you there is but it's not.
