Pros

Flexible work hours Can meet some nice people that you work with. Thats about all there is thats good within this company.

Kontras

Management is lackluster and ignores most concerns. Employees are treated like dirt. Your pay is partially based on the work on incompetent store employees that the client train poorly. Loyaly and tenure are punished as opposed to being rewarded like most companies. Their "open door" policy is actually a closed door, they dont listen or improve.
