Worst management people. They treat employees like inhumans. 1. From interview till exit what ever process it is, the management people intentionally make employees wait. Even relieving letter will be intentionally held for long time in some cases. 2. Regarding salary, there is always a problem. You can never expect on time salary and perhaps employees get salary only by 26th or so every month. 3. This is a company where you can clearly see racism. If you are a muslim, maybe it is a good company for you. No other employees they will consider as humans. 4. If the head doesn't like someone, he will give tortures and insults to make the employee quit his/her job by themselves. 5. No employee benefits, no good team structure. Even HR doesnt give any proper information about certain things like salary delay, PF problems. 6. This is a company where you will not get PF but they will deduct both the contributions from employee's salary. It's been pending for years. These applies for all the departments in this company.
