Always have to be on the phones or taking calls, Management never wants to help with issues, will not answer or accept phonecalls. They tell you that you're empowered to solve problems and offer discounts to satisfy customers, but then they track how much you do and penalize you for it. They tell you that you don't have to follow a script, but if you don't say all the things they want you to, you get graded and judged for it. The turnover rate is insane.
