Pros

The benefits where decent. The scholarship would have been awesome if I had of made it one more month for my year of employment.

As a supervisor your associates get to disrespect you with not consequence from general manager. You can be terminated for action you did not commit. You can also be called cursed at, talked about, and treated as poorly as the generals after sees for if they do not care for you. Especially if or of a different race. And human resources will not look into any of the complaint, they will go with exactly what the general manager says. Also once terminated they will make a completely false statement to prevent you from any unemployment benefits.
