Pros

None that I can think of

Kontras

Layoffs, layoffs and then more layoffs every year. The Staples way of making money at the end of the year is to just lay people off to make some money and not exactly boost sales or innovate like other companies. The overall culture is terrible and the upper management does not even see that. The company lacks many basic things all companies have, like coffee, kitchen supplies and office supplies. You'd think there is an abundance of these things since they sell all of it... The mentality in the company is very old school and there is a feeling of a large corporation that has not caught up with the times.
