Pros

Positive environment, inclusive and progressive company, lots of opportunities for travel and transfer, managers tend to work around student schedules well, and I loved the relationships I established with the customers in Copy Center.

Kontras

Having to call IT is a nightmare. Copy Center usually needs more than one person on duty, but only one will be scheduled. There can also be a disconnect between Copy Center and the rest of the store which can create LOTS of problems. For all the training they insist on, the quality of it is usually abysmal.
