As you know, in holding ourselves to a higher standard, we encourage each other to engage candidly so that we hear alternate perspectives – whether that’s via a conversation with your manager or through our internal channels. We understand that providing feedback internally can sometimes feel uncomfortable, but please know the request is sincere. We also understand that change can be difficult, especially, when it is first presented. Standard Textile is committed to creating an inclusive work environment that helps our associates – and our organization – thrive. In fact, even prior to the pandemic, we rolled out a flexible working arrangement policy providing associates more options as to where they work. Now, as hybrid work has evolved, we are looking to strike the right balance of flexibility that supports both collaboration and focus time while allowing better alignment across the organization. In considering the impact on our associates of shifting from two in-office days to three, we have built time in before it goes into effect to allow associates the opportunity to make arrangements.
