They build a good home worth buying and have good retention of employees in the construction team. There is obviously better employee support than in sales.

High turn over in sales and design for a reason. No respect for any sort of work life balance and with the merger, there comes new accountability leaving a division that is looking for people to blame. Be prepared to watch your back or be under the bus. Sales assistants are terribly underpaid for the amount of work required. The company employs staffing agencies too heavily because they can't keep sales offices staffed. This affects sales reps. which are the first in line to get blamed for issues that aren't under their control.
