Pros
Good products and potential growth there. Many good people, except many are overlooked. Decent pay and bonuses. Great Engineering Manager, but other managers, not so much. Decent holidays/vacation and OT is not demanded.
Kontras
HR is substantially lacking in the knowledge of what different roles in the company should do and also what is necessary in each department. Not a cohesive group overall and they did two large layoffs in just the four years I was there. Then when things are going well, they cannot find enough people. Corner office lacks vision for growth and expansion.
