micromanage culture like typical sme company things keep changing every week without formal “policy”. staff have to keep checking those emails that were sent sporadically and ensure that we are on the latest “update” too many cross functional teams. hard to get things done and across no increment on a yearly basis not even $10 highly biased work environment
