A skim through the reviews and one common thread - toxic management. I saw this red flag right from the start, when they insisted that I disclosed the salary I was getting at that time. I refused, and state my expected salary instead, and they refused to share their budget. So, it's their way or no way. That itself showed the first sign of very problematic management.
