I was surprised how humble and understanding some people are. - Good benefits, insurance covers mental health services and vision care. - Very exciting technology - you feel like you are doing something meaningful. - During the re-org, executives promoted some really some really productive people - it seems like they do try to recognize talent. - Good systems to make administration work not too painful.

- Culture has changed for the worse. New executives were brought in and the culture has been changing rapidly from "we're all in this together," to "you will be tossed if that's what it takes". - Untrustworthy executives. When new executives were brought in they mentioned they will retain talent. After about a quarter a big layoff happened. They could've been more honest upfront.
