Morale down after retrenchments - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Standard Bank Group: Mitarbeiterbewertung

SB is so big, you never feel part of the bigger picture. I really feel that it is solely a place a work for. They don't try to make it more than that. As a young employee, I don't feel that my career and abilities are fully utilized. The recent retrenchments were handled very poorly. Morale is really down and employee loyalty is gone.
